I can’t remember my username and password?

 

You can click on the “forgot password” link and our system will email you new password. If you have forgotten both your username and password, you should contact us on 0800 472 284

I keep getting a system error when I try to apply online?

I am trying to apply for a position but it says that my email address already exists?

This means that you have applied with us before, use the “forgot password link” and we will email you a new password. If you have forgotten both your username and password, you should contact us on 0800 472 284

What time of the day does a position close?

Unless stated in the advertisement, applications to our positions closes at 11:59pm

Where do I apply for a position?

Why can’t I email my application to the recruiter?

We have mandatory screening questions to be answered by all our applicants. We pride ourselves in being transparent and fair during our recruitment process and appreciate you taking the time to complete your online application 

Can I drop off a hard copy of my CV and Cover letter at the Recruitment Centre?

No unfortunately we no longer accept hard copies of CVs. Please apply online for our positions at www.wdhbcareers.com 

What is my e-signature?

Your e-signature is the password you used when you logged on to our careers website

How do I know if you have received my application?

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as we have received your completed application

Why do I need to indicate my Ethnicity in the screening questions?

This is a requirement by Ministry to Health but you have the option not to answer

How do I make sure I don’t miss out on any jobs advertised?

You can register for job alerts and we will send you an email every time a role is advertised that matches your preferences

It won’t let me attach my CV and says I have too many documents attached to my profile. How do I delete some of these attachments?

Try saving your attachment with the same name as one of the attachments you wish to delete. Alternatively please call the recruitment centre and we will help you

It keeps coming up with an error when I try to apply online?

Try using another browser (Such as Chrome, firefox, safari). Also try applying directly to our website at www.wdhbcareers.com or www.jobsinhealthnz.com

My account says it is blocked, how do I fix this?

When will I receive my contract in the post?

We no longer post hard copies of employment contracts. You will receive an electronic copy via your email. Please save a copy for yourself.

I have not received an email with my e-offer?

I have lost the email that give me access to my online offer?

When will I know my employee number?

Your manager will send you your employee number.

When will I be contacted for my uniform?

Your manager will contact you to arrange a date and time for you to fit your uniform.

When will I be contacted for my Occupational Health Screening?

Our Occupational Health and Safety team will touch base with you as soon as you have completed pre-employment screening online forms.

Where do I find my e-signature?

Your e-signature is the password you used when you logged onto the recruitment portal

Why do you need two forms of identification?

It is a policy at our DHB for our new employees to provide us with two forms of identification of which one needs to be photo identification.

The link to accept my e-offer is not working is there another way I can access this?

How do I get a copy of my employment contract?

You can send an email to Staff Service Centre staffservicecentre@healthsourcenz.co.nz. If you are a new employee, you can contact your Recruitment Consultant to email you a copy

Do I qualify for kiwi-saver?

It won’t let me save my IRD Bank Account number, it says there is an error?

We suggest that your put a zero in the front if your account number or IRD number s too short.  Please don’t put any ­_ or – between the numbers

I need to change my personal details (address, phone number, tax code, bank account number)?

You will need to contact us on 0800 472 284

I have finished all my on-boarding tasks, what now?

Your manager will be in touch to arrange for your security card and uniform fitting etc.
