My Career Path is an online resource that provides a variety of tools including:

• Career assessments to help you identify your interests, skills, values and other important factors to consider as you plan your career.
• Guidance in setting goals and identifying possible developmental activities in support of your Career Plan.
• Helpful information and resources for planning your career future.

Individual career guidance and coaching is available through EAPworks.
