We contribute a significant part of our budget to staff training for all laboratory staff. This includes courses, seminars and conferences. We are a flexible and innovative team and work with people to make the most of their individual strengths. We also work closely with all other medical laboratories in New Zealand and are well respected for our support of staff training and development.
